Chief Musician

Dimensions: 2' x 3'
Medium: Acrylic

Painted during a 20-year church anniversary worship celebration, this prophetic piece takes an introspective inventory of the congregation's ministry. The three hills in the background simultaneously represent the past, present and future.

Surrounding the chief worship musician are symbolic icons of water, doves, and wine, representing the Holy Spirit. As the Spirit leads the congregation down the road, burning flames can be seen in the distance, representing power not yet conceived.
